Today, we take you to meet Gédéon Bahati Mupasa, our Northeast Account Manager. A footballer at heart, he tells us about his journey, his daily life at Hubup, and his passions!

Could you briefly introduce yourself ?

My name is Gédéon, I’m 25 years old, and I’m an Account Manager for the Northeast region. A former high-level athlete, I’ve been playing football since I was 8. This experience taught me a lot about commitment, endurance, and above all, teamwork—values that continue to guide me in my professional life today.

What is your background ?

Alongside my sports career, I completed a Bachelor's degree at a business school in Nancy. At the end of my football journey, I decided to fully focus on my studies and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Paris.

How did you discover Hubup ?

I discovered the job posting for my current position on LinkedIn. It immediately resonated with me, as I recognized the human and collective values that have always driven me. Working together as a team and pushing each other to excel—principles that are just as essential in sports as they are in the business world.

What do you actually do ?

As an Account Manager, I support our clients from the beginning to the end of their projects. I analyze their needs, propose solutions tailored to their challenges, and ensure their proper implementation and personalized follow-up.

I also conduct on-site visits to maintain a strong connection and make sure that each solution deployed truly adds value. What I particularly enjoy about this role is the richness of the interactions: every client is unique, and every conversation is different.

And finally… what’s your hidden talent or passion ?

I’m passionate about literature and music. My current favorite track? Everybody Loves the Sunshine by Roy Ayers Ubiquity—a real dose of good vibes and positive energy!
