Can you briefly introduce yourself ?

Today, we’re giving the floor to Charlotte Gadais, Business Developer at Hubup. Discover her journey !

My name is Charlotte, I’m 26, and I’m a Business Manager for the South-East region. I’m originally from Nice and still very attached to my home between the sea and the mountains, even though I now live in Paris. I’m enthusiastic, outgoing, and I love meeting new people !

What’s your background ?

After two years of an economics prep school, I joined a business school in Toulouse. I took every opportunity to gain new experiences: an Erasmus exchange in Mexico, a gap year in Latin America and the Middle East doing various volunteer projects, then my final year in Barcelona. I worked for a while in the tourism sector, then went on another adventure along the Silk Road in Asia. After that, I felt it was time to settle down and invest in a long-term professional project.

How did you discover Hubup ?

Through LinkedIn! I was looking for a human-sized company that matched my personality, and a role connected to my business studies. Hubup seemed like the perfect place to discover a new sector and really commit myself.

What do you do at Hubup ?

I’m the Business Manager for the South-East area, covering the PACA and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions. My job is to identify potential clients’ needs and offer them the right solutions. I also support my existing clients with their new projects and help them get the most out of our tools.

What’s your hidden talent or passion ?

I’m interested in lots of different things: I read a lot (historical novels, crime stories, essays…), and I love anything related to art exhibitions, painting, upcycling furniture or objects. But my number one passion is hiking ! Growing up near the Alps, I spent a lot of time in the mountains and even worked six summers in a tree-climbing park in the Nice hinterland. My goal for 2026 : completing the famous GR20 in Corsica.
